The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional patient care during our night shifts. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients within a clinical environment.- Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the specified charting systems.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all patients.- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training opportunities. Qualifications: - Current and active RN license.- EKG exam proficiency required; candidates must pass a Pass/Fail EKG examination.- Previous charge nurse experience is preferred.- EPIC experience is required.- Must have a clean background check with no open cases.- Education verification through a third party is mandatory.
