will leverage & grow their experience with: Plant management - multi-facility leadership of all operations activity Lean manufacturing - implementing standard work and removing waste Materials planning, purchasing & supply chain Industrial Engineering - facility, tooling and capital equipment planning Project leadership - initiating & leading continuous improvement programs ERP systems - operational analysis, financial reviews & KPI tracking Hands-on daily leadership style to engage and retain employees Business acumen - interacting with key customers and suppliers Our client is a well-established and growing Contract Manufacturer based off the east side of the Madison metro area. Join the senior leadership team, with responsibility for overall operational performance! Location: Onsite (not a hybrid or remote role) Relocation: Not available, local candidates are welcome Travel: varies, primarily day-trips if necessary Seniority level
