7:30am-4:30pm CST Job Summary: As a
Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II , you'll be the face of one of the nation's leading diagnostic information services providers. You'll draw blood specimens, interact directly with patients, and uphold clinical quality while fostering an atmosphere of
trust, safety, and professionalism . This role demands strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to
confidentiality and service excellence .
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
clinical and forensic specimen collection
following standardized procedures Maintain a clean and professional environment under supervision Verify patient ID and label samples in their presence Ensure documentation is complete and accurate Serve as a
customer-focused representative , upholding company image Travel to multiple locations as needed and respond to short-notice scheduling changes Independently manage workload in a
fast-paced, high-volume
environment Required Experience:
Minimum
3 years of phlebotomy experience
including pediatric and geriatric draws Keyboard/data entry skills Experience working in a
Patient Service Center
or similar environment Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Nice-to-Have Experience:
Customer service experience in retail or healthcare Experience in capillary collections Familiarity with electronic medical systems Required Skills:
Advanced phlebotomy techniques Independent work ethic Exceptional attention to detail Preferred Skills:
Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy Multi-site location coverage experience High adaptability in clinical or mobile settings Superior interpersonal and communication skills Bilingual language proficiency (a plus) Additional Skills:
Ability to manage multiple priorities Adherence to dress code, safety, and compliance guidelines Strong decision-making under policy frameworks Commitment to excellence and open communication Benefits:
