1st Shift/ Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with rotating Saturdays Job Summary: As a

Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative , you'll serve as the

first point of contact

for patients in both routine visits and during critical health decisions. In this essential role, you will draw blood samples, ensure specimen integrity, and deliver compassionate, efficient service in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and interact with patients professionally, establishing trust and confidence. Collect quality blood specimens

skillfully and safely, including from pediatric and geriatric patients. Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis according to established protocols. Maintain proper documentation, labeling, and records for all specimens. Ensure a

safe and professional environment , adhering to procedural and confidentiality standards. Exhibit leadership behaviors while practicing process excellence. Support rotating weekend schedules and flexible shifts, including holidays and overtime as needed. Required Experience:

Minimum of 6 months' experience in a phlebotomy or clinical setting. Previous customer service experience in retail or service environments. Proficient in

keyboard/data entry

tasks. Nice-to-Have Experience:

1+ years of phlebotomy experience. Medical training as a

medical assistant

or

paramedic . Phlebotomy certification (Note: Required in CA, NV, WA). Required Skills:

Excellent phlebotomy technique, including pediatric and geriatric patients Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Accuracy and attention to detail in high-paced environments Preferred Skills:

Strong communication and patient interaction skills Familiarity with clinical or forensic specimen handling Commitment to confidentiality and patient data security Additional Skills:
