Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative - 1st Shift , you will serve as the frontline contact for patients, ensuring a professional and compassionate experience. You will draw blood specimens and prepare them for laboratory testing while upholding the highest standards of safety, accuracy, and confidentiality. This role is integral to supporting both routine health needs and life-impacting diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect quality blood samples using

safe and accurate

techniques. Prepare specimens for lab testing in compliance with procedures. Create a trusting and supportive patient environment. Explain procedures clearly and professionally to patients. Verify patient demographic information and specimen labeling. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Perform both forensic and clinical collections confidently. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies. Support multiple collection sites as needed, sometimes with short notice. Adapt to schedule changes including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts. Required Experience:

Minimum of

3 years of phlebotomy experience , including pediatric and geriatric collections. Experience in a Patient Service Center setting is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Certification in phlebotomy preferred; mandatory in California, Nevada, and Washington. Nice-to-Have Experience:

Experience in customer service within retail or healthcare environments. Keyboard and data entry proficiency. Required Skills:

techniques across all age groups Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with medical assistant or paramedic training Exceptional customer service orientation Effective communication and adaptability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable) Familiarity with company policies and commitment to professional standards Additional Skills:
