David's Bridal . Seasonal role during peak season, focused on alterations, fittings and customer service to support a high-standard shopping experience. Responsibilities

Welcome all customers with genuine, friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person; communicate clearly and concisely, adapting style to suit customers by problem solving, excellent phone skills and resolving conflict. Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver a five-star customer experience. Maintain service levels by being prepared, welcoming, meeting needs, and supporting customers through all operational checklist tasks and emotional and practical needs. Provide an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and contribute to the store's Five-Star Customer Service. Proactively address customer concerns with confidence; know when to escalate and partner with leadership. Explain how alterations can enhance the dress for events; promote all alteration services and personalization options. Assist stylists in closing sales by consulting with customers regarding gown fit and customization. Maintain store standards to support a flawless shopping experience and comply with Dress Code Policy. Greet and escort alterations customers to and from appointments; inspect garments altered/steamed/pressed to verify pristine condition before final delivery. Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information; build long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maintain inventory management for special orders and ensure first-quality standards for all merchandise. Ensure alteration pricing is at company standards; manage all alterations, fittings, sewing, steaming, pressing and spot cleaning to company standards. Resolve customer service issues swiftly and effectively in line with company guidelines. Support all cash wrap processes and process transactions accurately to ensure customers feel celebrated. Maintain the alterations room in a clean and organized condition. Performs duties and tasks as assigned by store management. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel or specialty store environment. Prior sewing experience required, preferably in bridal and/or special occasion production. Prior experience with computerized POS system is a plus. Seasonal Benefits
