Senior Business Operations Analyst/Program Data & Website Support Specialist will:
Collect and organize Division of Health Improvement program information including Certified Nurse Aide Registry & Training Program, Caregivers Criminal History Screening Program, Health Facility Licensing and Certification, Hospitals, Long-term care facilities, and other types of licensed health facilities, Home and Community Based Waiver Programs and other DHI programs for public access on the web. How does it get done?
Senior Business Operations Analyst/Program Data & Website Support Specialist is responsible for:
Working with the various departments within DHI to identify data and program information to be presented to the public; Creating and editing reports and information for distribution; Creating, uploading and updating current information on the DHI website using Word Press, Real File and other website development applications; Completing a variety of special projects and data analysis. Who are the customers?
New Mexico health facilities and community programs; General Public; Other Users. Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has:
Excellent ability to problem solve and trouble shoot issues; Excellent communication skills; Experience working with data and preparing data reports for the public; Website design and creation experience including Word Press, and Real File Applications; Ability to process a high volume of work within required time frames; Experience processing sensitive records and Personal Identification Information (PII); Ability to work independently, is a self-starter; Organizational Skills; Prior experience in Data mining and analytics; Website support is a must.
Minimum Qualification
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Accounting and one (1) year of directly related job experience in the areas of office administration, budgeting, purchasing, finance, accounting, auditing, cash management, contract management, and/or in the procedures of business and management principles involved in strategic planning. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling three (3) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid New Mexico Driver's License. Must Possess and maintain a current Defensive driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification as a condition of continued employment.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting, utilizing a computer, and telecommunications equipment. Occasional travel may be required to perform program oversight activities and monitoring.
