General Purpose

The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. The Associate greets Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treats fellow Associates with respect, follows company best practices, maintains a clean work area, and ensures proper merchandise presentation. The role may involve performing a range of tasks in all areas of the Store as business needs require, and may include additional tasks in specific situations to achieve customer service and operational goals.
