$50,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot advanced system issues beyond Tier 1.
• Resolve client problems onsite, remote, or by phone.
• Handle smooth system setups and data migrations.
• Manage Intune, MFA, DNS, DHCP, AD, and SharePoint.
• Configure firewalls, VPNs, and backup solutions.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and join on-call rotation.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of IT experience (MSP background a big plus).
• Strong Microsoft server/workstation troubleshooting skills.
• Intune, conditional access, and GPO expertise.
• Networking, firewalls, and VPN know-how.
• A flexible, detail-driven problem solver with great people skills.
