Manager, Workday Benefits - Technical Architect at KPMG US KPMG Advisory practice is the fastest growing; we seek a Manager, Workday Benefits Lead in Technology Enablement for our Consulting practice. This role involves leading Workday Benefits projects, partnering with client teams, and contributing to business development activities. Lead Workday Benefits projects involving strategy, implementation support, and ERP optimization related to information technology operations, business process, security, and data integrity for Workday applications Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities; collaborate with resources from other service lines/industries Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews Supervise and performance manage staff working on assigned engagements Manage engagements according to KPMG’s financial/cost management policies Qualifications
Minimum of five years of recent ERP, benefits, payroll implementation and upgrade experience with completion of one full implementation with Workday Benefits Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited university/college Minimum of five full life cycle implementations with Workday Benefits/ Payroll/ Compensation/ Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect; Workday certification in Workday Benefits/ Payroll/ Compensation/ Advanced Compensation (if not currently certified, must obtain within three months of employment) Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality Travel as needed Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG provides a comprehensive compensation and benefits package and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding recruitment and hiring.
