Dalfen Industrial is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support our team and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. The Office Manager will report to the Managing Director of HR & Operations.
Position Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring high-priority items are addressed promptly. Maintain and update records, contact databases, reports, and internal documentation. Process expense reports, manage reimbursements, and perform light bookkeeping as required. Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-functioning and organized workplace. Manage office supplies inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships. Act as the first point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and external partners. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and support as needed. Support office operations, supply management, and vendor coordination. Assist leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, and administrative support.
Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience preferred. 3+ years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative support. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software tools. Experience handling confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.
