$ 45000 - $ 48880 / Year Location: Sarasota, Florida Type: Direct Hire Pay: $45k-$48.8k DOE Job Description: Responsible for managing dealer accounts within assigned territories. Secure revenue by verifying, posting, and resolving any discrepancies promptly. Assist with various AR-related tasks involving credit lines and orders in suspense. Communicate and provide necessary supporting documents for the resolution of open items on accounts. Follow up and escalate collections issues as needed, collaborating with dealers and internal departments to manage receivables and reduce risk. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, external customers, and dealers. Receive payments from multiple sources (credit card, lockbox, ACH, wire, remote, and portal) and accurately post payments to customer accounts using remittances. Requirements: 2 to 5 years B2B collections, cash application experience. Understanding of basic principles of finance and accounting. Ability to clearly articulate various issues scenarios to customers and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and motivated self-starter. Flexible with ability to work under deadlines and be able to deliver accurate and completed tasks.
