Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage practices. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Operate kitchen equipment safely, including knives and other food preparation tools. Support catering events by preparing dishes as required. Requirements Previous experience in food preparation or as a cook in a restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to follow directions from chefs. A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques in meal preparation. Experience in catering or as a dietary aide is a plus but not required.
