We're seeking an experienced SLP to join our dynamic remote education team, providing exceptional therapy services to students while pioneering the future of educational telepractice in diverse learning environments. Position Overview

This remote position offers 36.5 hours per week supporting students across elementary, middle, and high school levels in virtual educational platforms. You'll serve a diverse caseload of approximately 50-55 students, delivering comprehensive speech and language services through advanced telepractice technology designed to maximize student engagement and outcomes. Primary Responsibilities

Therapy Service Delivery Conduct engaging individual and group therapy sessions via interactive virtual platforms Address diverse communication needs including speech sound disorders, language impairments, social communication challenges, and voice disorders Adapt evidence-based interventions for virtual delivery while maintaining therapeutic effectiveness Provide specialized support for students with autism, hearing impairments, and complex communication needs Clinical Assessment Perform comprehensive speech and language evaluations using telepractice assessment protocols Conduct standardized testing with appropriate virtual accommodations and modifications Complete detailed diagnostic reports with actionable intervention recommendations Present evaluation findings to IEP teams and contribute to eligibility determinations Collaborative Practice Partner with virtual teachers to embed communication goals into academic instruction Provide consultation on assistive technology and communication supports Facilitate family training sessions on home practice and carryover activities Support students' successful participation in virtual learning environments Program Development Contribute to telepractice protocol development and refinement Participate in research initiatives to advance virtual service delivery Mentor colleagues in telepractice techniques and technology use Support quality improvement and outcome measurement activities Qualification Standards

Professional Qualifications Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Current New Mexico speech-language pathology license Minimum 2 years of school-based or pediatric clinical experience Technology Requirements Advanced proficiency with telepractice platforms and virtual therapy tools Strong technical problem-solving and adaptation capabilities Reliable high-speed internet connection with backup systems Professional home office space ensuring privacy and minimal interruptions Clinical Skills Comprehensive knowledge of pediatric communication disorders Experience with culturally and linguistically diverse populations Strong documentation and report writing abilities Understanding of IDEA, Section 504, and special education processes Professional Benefits
