A full-time early childhood Special Education Teacher position is available, focused on supporting students with diverse disabilities and learning needs through individualized instruction and accommodations aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This contract role spans the school year in Cary, Illinois.

Responsibilities include: Developing, implementing, and monitoring IEPs for assigned students Delivering direct instruction in academic and functional skill areas Differentiating instruction and adapting curriculum to meet individual student needs Collaborating with general education teachers to foster inclusive classrooms Collecting and reporting data on student progress towards IEP goals Maintaining regular communication with parents and guardians Participating in IEP meetings, team planning, and professional development opportunities Supporting positive behavior management strategies within the classroom environment Candidates should possess: A Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or a related field A valid Illinois early childhood teaching license with a Special Education endorsement (LBS1) Experience working collaboratively with general education staff, families, and related service providers Strong commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment tailored to individual student needs Located in Cary, Illinois, this role presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within an early childhood educational setting.
