Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Part-Time, K12 School Setting

Location: Manchester, TN | District-Wide Assignment Duration: August 5, 2025 May 23, 2026 Schedule: 21 hours per week (8:00 AM 3:00 PM, 3 days/week) Seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide vital behavior support services to K12 students across the district. This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create positive behavioral outcomes for students in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify student needs Develop and assist in implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to students as required Participate in various evaluation processes as requested Work collaboratively with school staff, families, and team members to ensure effective behavior support Qualifications: Active BCBA certification State licensure as applicable to the district guidelines Experience working in K12 educational settings preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Additional Details: In-person presence required; hybrid or virtual arrangements are not available for this role The district provides a laptop and all necessary materials to support your work This position is ideal for a dedicated BCBA passionate about enhancing student success through effective behavioral support within a school setting.
