Soliant is are seeking an energetic and compassionate Special Education Teacher to serve elementary students in a blended role of inclusion support and resource room instruction. This position offers the chance to work closely with a small group of 12 students, providing both in-class support alongside general education teachers and targeted pull-out interventions to address specific academic and social goals. Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers to design effective instructional plans and accommodations
Track and analyze student progress, adjusting instruction based on data and student needs
Support positive behavior management and social skills development in diverse learning environments
Communicate regularly with families to build partnerships and provide updates on student progress
Participate actively in IEP meetings, staff collaboration, and ongoing professional learning
Qualifications: Valid Minnesota teaching license in Special Education
Experience with elementary-aged students and familiarity with both inclusion and pull-out resource settings
Strong skills in individualized instruction, behavior support, and effective communication
Passionate about working collaboratively in a team-oriented school environment
