What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Own full-cycle SaaS sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing - Engage senior legal stakeholders with compelling storytelling and solution demonstrations - Develop structured opportunity plans to align on success criteria and drive deals to closure - Build and execute account strategies to influence buying committees and increase annual contract value (ACV) - Maintain accurate forecasting and hygiene in Salesforce (SFDC)

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; JD or legal industry background strongly preferred - 4+ years of successful outside sales experience in B2B software/SaaS, ideally in the legal tech sector - Proven track record of exceeding targets with complex, multi-stakeholder deals - Mastery of modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and value-based selling - Strong skills in product demonstrations and translating capabilities into workflow outcomes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Familiarity with legal operations, knowledge management, and attorney workflows is advantageous - Previous experience in enterprise or upper mid-market sales
