What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop and implement business strategies to meet both company and customer needs - Manage large, complex accounts while achieving sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities - Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring compliance and satisfaction in all sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelors degree or applicable experience in outside sales - Minimum of 7 years in outside sales, specifically in the data center space, with at least 2 years managing key accounts - Knowledge of electrical power products and sales models within data centers - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects effectively - Valid driver's license and willingness to travel nationally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Familiarity with program/project management - Skills in developing effective presentations and proposals - Proven ability to resolve quality and delivery concerns in a timely manner - Strong ability to recommend solutions that provide maximum value
