Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focusing on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, utilizing Salesforce CRM to manage performance and interactions. Staying informed on market trends and competitor activities, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to meet customer needs while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting performance goals through effective time management are essential. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Prospecting:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%), focusing on account development. Pipeline Management:
Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects, market segments, and industries; convert leads into sales, focusing on high-value projects. Customer Relationships:
Build long-lasting partnerships by understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and providing exceptional service using Salesforce CRM. Market & Product Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors; conduct market research to identify growth opportunities. Consultative Selling:
Employ a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions; prepare quotes and negotiate terms. Performance Reporting:
Use CRM to maintain sales records and generate performance reports, tracking key metrics to meet goals. Team Collaboration:
Work with operations and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and provide leadership as needed.

Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role based in the branch with ~80% outbound cold-calling. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom. Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles. Leasing experience is helpful but not required. A consultative, solution-selling approach is advantageous.
