Key Responsibilities: Deliver tailored instruction and support to students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing, adapting teaching methods to individual learning needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, speech therapists, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust strategies to maximize learning outcomes. Utilize assistive technologies and communication tools to enhance accessibility. Engage and communicate effectively with families to support student development. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational guidelines. Desired Qualifications: Certification or licensure in Deaf/Hard of Hearing education. Experience working with K-12 students in similar roles. Strong knowledge of communication methods such as ASL, oral communication, or total communication. Ability to design and implement appropriate instructional strategies. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Location:
