Conduct ongoing assessments and adapt instructional strategies to meet student progress and goals. Provide advocacy and resources to support students' educational and social development. Desired Qualifications: Valid teaching certification or licensure with endorsement in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education. Experience working with K-12 students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Strong understanding of American Sign Language (ASL) and related communication techniques. Ability to foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
