Job Summary

As a Manager, you will oversee restaurant operations, ensure excellent guest experiences, lead staff, manage reservations, and coordinate service flow. You will also collaborate with kitchen staff, monitor inventory, and control costs. The ideal candidate is dynamic, professional, with strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage daily operations, including food prep, guest relations, and service standards
• Handle cash, safety, and tip reconciliation
• Participate in inventory counts and manage food and beverage costs
• Oversee scheduling, training, and staff management
• Ensure food quality and safety compliance
• Engage with guests, lead team meetings, and manage labor and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old
• At least 2 years management experience
• Long-term employment stability
• Preferred college degree in business or hospitality management

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 lbs, reach up to 6 feet, and move through tight spaces.

Compensation

$55,000 - $60,000 annually
