Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and efficiency.
2. Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
3. Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars.
4. Scan and bag orders following bagging standards.
5. Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pickup.
6. Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
7. Follow safety, legal, and company guidelines.
8. Store products in appropriate temperature zones and ensure order accuracy.
9. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
10. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
11. Perform opening and closing procedures and assist in training new team members.
12. Achieve productivity standards and work effectively in a high-paced environment.
