Assist with HR reporting, audits, and process improvements.
Qualifications Human Resource Generalist: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2-4 years of HR experience (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred).
Strong knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and compliance.
Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems and MS Office.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
