General Summary
Under the immediate supervision of the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing production at an apartment community. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Meet, greet & tour leasing prospects Achieve individual and group leasing targets, and communicate opportunities or threats to the Property Manager Respond promptly and effectively to all online rental inquiries Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance for all sales & leasing models, and communicate issues Keep the “tour route” area clean and well-maintained, reporting issues as needed Close the leasing process by asking for the sale Ensure lead information is accurate and complete within Resman and Knock Follow up with prospects via email, phone, or letter Manage the community waitlist and communicate changes to prospects Warm call prospects as needed Execute screening procedures properly Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork correctly Collect all funds and move-in fees properly Display “model open” signs daily, maintaining their appearance Support all customer service efforts at the community Complete other tasks as assigned
