This role focuses on SAP Core Supply Chain with PP and QM, within EY’s SAP service line capabilities, and is aimed at delivering strategic SAP manufacturing solutions to transform client operations. Your Opportunity

Our SAP Manufacturing professionals deliver strategic solutions to improve cost, efficiency, quality, and effectiveness. As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations, translate requirements into technical specifications, and ensure solutions meet those requirements. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, aligned with client objectives. Demonstrate strong technical capabilities with business acumen; stay current with industry trends relevant to the client’s business. Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed to deliver high-quality client services. Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust. Lead, motivate, and coach diverse teams; foster an innovative, inclusive environment and mentor junior consultants. Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and client needs, collaborating across EY practices. Skills and Attributes for Success

On engagements, you will gather requirements, architect solutions, blueprint, test, and document workflows and functional designs of SAP solutions; translate needs into business solutions and complete configurations/integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. You should bring a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to build relationships and deliver results. Key skills include: Strong technical skills in application functional design and requirements definition. Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios. Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication, influence, and negotiation skills. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience. At least five (5) years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a functional consulting or configuration role. Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with oversight of project teams. Knowledge of best practices in supply chain with benchmarking and advisory experience related to supply chain technology functions. Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Willingness to travel (40–60%). Experience in cost-benefit analyses; familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks; training design and delivery. Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Prior consulting industry experience. SAP certifications. Experience as a workstream/team lead for manufacturing with SAP. Experience with at least two full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (ECC and/or S/4HANA) in PP; experience with at least one full lifecycle implementation of MRP. Experience integrating SAP PP with MES and QM; hands-on SAP PP configuration. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications; test scripts; training materials. Knowledge of integration between SAP PP and FICO, EWM, PPDS, PLM, MDM, and Materials Management modules. Experience with Make to Stock and make-to-order business models. What We Look For
