Transaction Network Services (TNS) The role is accountable for the full end-to-end product lifecycle, including product strategy, product profitability management, pre-sales support, product compliance, product innovation and roadmap delivery. You will demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership and experience in the security domain, with accountability for delivering outcomes in a global matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
Lead the portfolio of TNS’ Payment Markets Managed Security across the globe. Products include:
3DS (Online payments)
Captcha (Online payments)
Geo blocking
P2PE
EMV Certifications
PCI-DSS
TNSLink for Retail - SD-WAN security features and services
Tokenization
Scheme Tokenization
Fraud Integration Services
Other Compliance and/or Regulatory mandates (e.g., FCA, DORA)
Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities; establish clear direction for the product.
Act as the voice of Managed Security globally; monitor security trends and their impact on TNS.
Drive revenue and profitability growth and expand market presence by delivering innovative products that meet customer needs and outpace competitors.
Provide influential leadership and build relationships across the organization, including the Payment Market leadership team.
Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle to ensure user-centered design and delivery.
Our Expectations Of You
Provide global leadership for the Global Managed Security product portfolio; oversee hardware platforms, strategy and execution.
Manage product lifecycle including new product development, lifecycle planning, EOL and ongoing support.
Conduct market and customer analysis, define requirements, develop business cases, contribute to collateral, shape product strategy and positioning.
Excellent understanding and management of Profit and Loss; manage vendors for best price and value.
Serve as a knowledge leader in your field; train and support engineering and support teams on customer challenges across Accept, Connect, Orchestrate and Security portfolios.
10+ years in product management; 7+ years in Managed Security.
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills; experience supporting pre-sales activities including training and ideation with clients.
Knowledge of electronic payments and data security best practices (PCI-DSS).
Network security expertise (firewalls, IDS, and overall security practices).
Familiarity with Security Operations Center processes, incident response and threat analysis.
Understanding of current attack vectors and social engineering tactics; API security proficiency; OWASP Top Ten knowledge.
Experience with HSMs, Terminal Key Injection, and cloud security solutions (AWS, Azure, Google).
Encryption knowledge (symmetric and asymmetric).
Qualifications
Nice to have: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business, or related field.
Certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $180,000 to $200,000. This role is eligible for variable pay in addition to base compensation. Compensation is an estimate; actual amount may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities and location. TNS offers competitive benefits including medical and dental coverage, life insurance, paid holidays and vacations, and a 401(k) with company match.
