Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Perform three-way matching for purchase orders by comparing the purchase order, receiving report, and vendor invoice before payment. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and assist with payment runs in SAP, including checks and electronic payments. Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records and documentation. Collaborate with procurement and receiving departments to resolve issues related to purchase orders and deliveries. Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and reporting. Qualifications
2+ years of relevant accounts payable experience. Must have three-way match experience. Must have inventory experience. About the role
