As a General Manager you’ll have the opportunity to build and develop the teams that we’re known for at Mammoth Holdings. You’ll oversee operations at a site level, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from managing team performance and maintaining our top-of-the-line car washes, to delivering a stellar customer experience. Responsibilities
Oversee operations at a site level to ensure smooth performance and customer experience. Manage team performance and develop staff capabilities. Maintain high standards for site condition and service quality. Collaborate with regional leadership to implement local sales strategies and optimize site performance. Engage with communities and represent the company in local outreach and marketing efforts. Lead recruitment, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet peak demand. Handle and resolve customer issues and damage claims as needed. Qualifications
Have a proven ability to lead operations in a high-volume, customer-focused service environment. Lead and train teams to promote sales initiatives through superb customer service. Optimize team performance and coach employees to achieve their best. Understand sales and marketing strategies to drive customer growth and improve online reputation. Adapt quickly to changing business needs, including flexible labor during peak times. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams, including contracted services and technical support. Experience in managing and resolving damage claims and procuring site supplies. Leadership style that empowers team members and avoids micromanagement. Passionate about community engagement and representing the company locally. Driven to maintain a high standard of customer service and to build cohesive teams. Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 annually, with a guaranteed base salary of $80,000. Location and Hours
This is a full-time role, reporting to the Director of Operations. Hours may vary based on operational needs and will require flexibility to accommodate peak business times. Salary Description $80,000
