HOUSING MANAGER with Security Clearance

This position involves housing management responsibilities within a DoD/DoN environment.
Responsibilities
You will conduct housekeeping and sanitation inspections during occupancy to ensure the property is maintained in compliance with housing policies. You will investigate housing facilities to resolve complex occupant concerns and complaints. You will advise management of issues and complaints to ensure resolution in accordance with housing administration procedures. Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing input on the development of directives, instructions, and procedures for the inspection of housing facilities; Solving problems related to housing occupant concerns and complaints; Maintaining and controlling expenditures related to housing management requirements; Ensuring Unaccompanied Housing Property (buildings and rooms) are maintained and up to standard; Providing training and guidance on Housing policies to Building Petty Officer. Must be a US Citizen. Must be determined suitable for federal employment. Must participate in the direct deposit pay program. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time. This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
