Accounts Payable Accountant (Entry-Level) Employment Type:

5 days onsite Compensation:
$20–$23/hour This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in intercompany accounting within a global organization. The role involves supporting the processing and reconciliation of intercompany transactions, while growing in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities
Accurately process and record intercompany accounts payable transactions in compliance with internal policies. Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts; identify and resolve discrepancies. Assist with monthly intercompany reconciliations and investigate any variances. Prepare and process intercompany payments, ensuring appropriate documentation is maintained. Collaborate with internal departments and international affiliates to address invoice or payment-related issues. Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation to support compliance and internal controls. Support month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring timely entry of AP transactions. Contribute to improvements in intercompany AP procedures and internal control processes. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic knowledge of accounting principles; familiarity with GAAP is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus but not required. Solid organizational and time management skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team environment. Compensation Details
