(sample of tasks required of role): SALES : Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions in partnership with the Store Manager that align with Company priorities and values; develop sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories; communicate goals to the team; track store performance and achieve sales targets; ensure accountability for productivity and performance; develop clienteling strategies and monitor progress; adapt to market changes and support execution of sales strategies and tactics; role-model Coach standards and style; act as a brand ambassador to drive loyalty and community engagement; resolve customer issues in a timely, solution-oriented manner; build long-term relationships with customers; take ownership for results; collaborate with Store/District Manager to protect and drive business needs; ensure daily tasks are completed without compromising Coach standards; foster teamwork and a positive store culture; delegate and empower others; create short and long-term goals to achieve metrics; drive enthusiasm and positivity; recognize individual performance. OPERATIONS : Evaluate performance of team members and provide feedback; address performance problems with appropriate coaching; adhere to retail policies and POS/Operations; leverage Coach tools and technology to support service and operations; recruit and onboard top talent; manage daily operations including selling, service, payroll, HR and loss prevention; forecast and budget in partnership with Store Manager; coordinate with Lead Supervisor and Store Manager; maintain interior/exterior upkeep; ensure safety and aesthetics; utilize retail tools to support service and operations.
