Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and regional sales quotas Direct sales forecasting activities and hold the team accountable through CRM systems Lead, motivate, and inspire field sales personnel while providing necessary training and coaching Remove barriers to success and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures Monitor and guide the sales team to meet business targets and build sustainable customer relationships Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of medical sales experience At least 5 years of successful people management experience Bachelor's degree is required Proven track record of hiring top talent and developing sales representatives and managers Proficiency in MS Office and sales tracking database systems, with experience in CRM automation systems Preferred Qualifications
