What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and regional sales quotas

Direct sales forecasting activities and hold team accountable for performance through CRM

Motivate and lead field sales personnel, providing training and conducting regular field visits

Drive to exceed sales targets, expense controls, and account penetration with robust business plans

Monitor and coach sales team to achieve business targets and build sustainable customer relationships

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 10 years of medical sales experience

Minimum of 5 years of successful people management experience

Bachelor’s degree required

Proven track record of hiring top talent and developing sales representatives and managers

Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and sales tracking database systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in developing successful regional business plans including budgets

Strong goal-setting and implementation skills with a record of accomplishments

Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills

Demonstrated presentation creation and delivery skills

Ability to work effectively with diverse groups
