Founding Enterprise Account Executive
to help build and scale our enterprise sales function. This role is critical to establishing our go-to-market motion, refining our sales playbook, and driving adoption among leading global organizations. What You'll Do Drive Enterprise Revenue Drive substantial annual revenue with Fortune 1000/Global 2000 accounts across multiple verticals Build strong relationships with C-suite and other key stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impact Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, keeping progress on track towards deal closes Manage enterprise procurement with technical stakeholders including security reviews, legal negotiations, and compliance requirements Expand Strategic Accounts Build multi-phased engagements into multi-year, enterprise-wide transformations Create champion networks across business units to accelerate organic expansion Partner with Customer Success on retention strategies and expansion roadmaps Develop executive relationships that create successful long-term partnerships What We're Looking For Enterprise Sales Excellence 10+ years of quota-carrying success in SaaS and/or AI platforms Proven track record of consistent overachievement, closing 6 and 7 figure, multi-year deals with Global 2000 and Fortune 500 organizations Experience selling into CHROs, Heads of L&D, HR leaders, and other C-level executives who lead functions or divisions Mastery of complex enterprise sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder alignment, procurement, and competitive displacement Consultative selling approach with the ability to frame solutions that deliver measurable business impact Discipline in documenting wins and building repeatable processes that can scale as the sales team grows Professional Qualities Executive Presence – Credibility and confidence with senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders Strategic Thinking – Ability to design and position solutions that drive enterprise-wide outcomes Resilience & Adaptability – Thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments, creating structure where none exists Relationship Builder – Skilled at developing champion networks and navigating complex organizations Entrepreneurial Drive – Operates like an owner: creative, resourceful, and driven to build something new Compensation Base Salary: $125K-$175K Total OTE: $250K-$350K (uncapped commission) Ready to Close Transformational Deals?
