What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Develop and drive overall short-term strategy for accounts aligned with customer business objectives

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners

Collaborate with Workday Account Executives to identify potential sales opportunities for existing customers

Maintain accurate and timely customer/prospect pipeline and service forecast data

Execute go-to-market plans focused on Target Account Selling and Demand Generation Activities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud-based solutions to C-level executives in a field sales position

Proven experience selling a Planning/EPM solution

Strong understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and industry trends

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience with account planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working in a Volume and Velocity business with 2-3 month sales cycles

Ability to develop deep product expertise on new products

Proven track record of partnering with internal teams on account strategies

Familiarity with demand generation activities such as prospecting and campaigns
