What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison between the employer's Smart Power Solutions and strategic accounts - Develop business strategies to benefit both the employer and strategic accounts - Set targeting and penetration strategies for new accounts and manage large, complex accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve sales quotas - Serve as the point of contact with end customers to develop sales and negotiate contracts
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales in the data center space and 2+ years managing key accounts - Ability to work 100% remotely and travel 50% of the time; valid driver's license required - Knowledge of electrical power products within data centers - Skills to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects and develop solutions with maximum value
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Knowledge in program/project management - Skills to develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals - Experience in resolving quality and delivery concerns in a professional manner
