LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in McMinnville, OR, to hire a dedicated Human Resources Benefits Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for employee benefits, ensuring smooth administration and support for the organization's workforce of approximately 550 employees.

Temporary with potential for extension Hours/Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Compensation:

$55,000-$58,000 annually ($26-$27.88 per hour)

Responsibilities: Serve as the sole benefits contact for approximately 550 employees Process and manage all employee benefits, including open enrollment Work with brokers to select and negotiate benefit plans Administer historically offered plans, including Kaiser and Moda for health, and Willamette for dental Ensure accurate and timely benefits documentation and support Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding benefits and leave questions Qualifications:

Experience in higher education benefits administration preferred; exceptional candidates from other industries considered Proven experience managing high-volume benefits and leave administration (title not required) Familiarity with benefits software (Paycom experience preferred, but not required) Strong customer service and communication skills Pay Details:

$26.00 to $27.88 per hour
