Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $3,106 per week in Walterboro, SC

Job Title: Physical Therapist Home Health Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 full year Adult Home Health Experience License: Must have license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: Recent Home Health experience Description: Conduct therapy sessions through home visits. Participate in periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation. Current driver's license is required. Agency-required liability insurance is necessary. Average number of patients per day is 5-6. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day. Each type of visit and activity holds a different point value. Roughly 30 points are expected per week. Types of cases include Start of Care and Follow Ups. Weekend requirements vary per location and profession. Willingness to travel up to 75 miles from the home clinic is necessary. Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Compensation applies from patient home to patient home. Commute to and from the first and last patient is not billable. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. No pending license submissions will be accepted. Clinical staff must be proficient in OASIS and have used it within the last 6 months. Must comply with productivity expectations of 30 points per week. There are no guaranteed hours associated with this role. All documentation is required to be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. Delayed or incomplete documentation may result in cancelation. Travelers must be open to on-call rotations. Candidates will float to nearby clinics if there are insufficient patients to meet financial needs.
