Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $2,846 per week in Yuma, AZ

Periodic office meetings will be required. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. The average number of patients per day is 5 to 6. Points will be assigned based on the type of visit and activity, including documentation and travel. Contractors will be assigned between 5 to 10 patients per day, equating to roughly 6 to 8 points. This role involves Start of Care and Follow-Up cases. Candidates must be willing to travel up to 75 miles from their home clinic. Mileage will be reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Patient documentation must be completed within 24 hours of the appointment. Delayed documentation may result in cancelation of future cases. Candidates must be able to accept all patients on their schedule, regardless of location. All candidates must understand that there are no guaranteed hours with this contract. Weekly productivity points of 30 are expected, equating to approximately 40 hours per week. If patient needs are insufficient, there may be options to pick up hours at a nearby clinic.
