This position oversees all aspects of operating a successful Casey's store, including team management, guest service, merchandising, loss prevention, and food preparation. Execute Casey's strategic initiatives, drive sales, and maintain quality and service standards within your store. Ensure the store is stocked and clean to build strong relationships with guests and communities. Hire, train, develop, and supervise new Team Members; coach and mentor to help them succeed and grow. Model and coach Casey’s CARES values (Commitment, Authenticity, Respect, Evolving, Service). Manage labor budget and staffing for regular hours, special events, and high-traffic times; keep scheduling system up to date and communicate updates. Oversee operational activities of the kitchen to maximize productivity and profitability. Oversee daily bookwork, store walks, task lists, required counts, audits, and merchandise orders; manage inventory and Direct Store Deliveries (DSD); ensure asset protection processes and audits are completed. Partner with the District Manager and store leadership to develop Store Action Plans in response to KPIs and P&L statements. Attend and complete all trainings and assessments, including ServSafe Food Protection Manager where applicable; ensure Team Members complete required trainings. Qualifications

Transferrable professional experience Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead a team preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and drive performance to accomplish goals Ownership mindset Ability to communicate clearly Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays to ensure leadership presence Physical ability to stand/walk; lift/carry up to 50 pounds; repetitive motions; reach/bend/climb as needed Background check may be required consistent with state licensing requirements and applicable law Compensation

Starting pay range: $50,900 - $59,900 Actual pay may vary based on KSAs, related experience, education, and qualifications. Other pay factors include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance. The full salary range extends beyond the hiring range to support growth within the company.
