Shift/Hours : Alternating Week Schedule A Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM B Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM •

Additional : Must be able to use a straight needle

Job Summary The

Patient Services Representative I (PSR I)

serves as the front-line face of the company, interacting directly with patients seeking care for routine health needs or critical diagnostic insights. This role involves collecting quality blood specimens and preparing them for lab processing, all while delivering compassionate and

patient-centered service . The PSR I fosters a trusting atmosphere while adhering to strict confidentiality and quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities • Perform daily duties accurately and on time under supervision • Maintain a

safe and professional

environment • Execute clinical and forensic specimen collection per established guidelines • Maintain all required documentation • Positively represent the organization to patients and the public

Required Experience • Minimum of 6 months relevant experience • At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred • Customer service in retail/service setting preferred • Strong keyboarding and data entry capabilities

Nice-to-Have Experience • Medical assistant or paramedic background • Experience using a straight needle • On-call or weekend flexibility a plus

Required Skills •

Excellent phlebotomy technique

(including pediatric/geriatric) • Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Flexible availability for alternating schedules and staffing needs

Preferred Skills • Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA; preferred elsewhere)
