You will assist residents with daily living activities and healthcare needs under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive. Key Responsibilities Include: Deliver compassionate personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, and more. Assist with daily health care activities such as obtaining and recording vital signs. Support residents with mobility through safe transfer and repositioning techniques. Contribute to a pleasant dining experience by aiding with meals, snacks, and hydration. Document resident interactions and communicate any concerns or changes to the nursing staff. Assist with housekeeping to maintain clean and operational living areas. Encourage resident participation in wellness and recreational programs. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum age of 16; experience in long-term care is a plus. Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or commitment to obtaining it within four months. Must complete annual competency testing and continuing education requirements. For applicable states, must be registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
