Responsibilities
Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to small law firm customers
Manage inbound leads and prospect for new sales opportunities using consultative and solution-based sales techniques
Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective negotiations and product offerings
Demonstrate online products during pre-sales calls using web-based tools
Log all sales activity and client interactions accurately within the CRM system
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience
Experience in a prospecting/cold calling environment
Strong sales process and negotiation skills
Proven organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com, and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
College degree in business, sales, or a related field
Familiarity with pipeline management in a CRM environment
Experience in the legal or technology sector
Additional training or certifications in sales techniques or methodologies
