Act as a knowledgeable resource regarding internal and external systems and processes to meet client needs
Proactively address routine and complex issues with assertiveness and high energy
Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and service partners within a matrix organization
Identify and present client growth opportunities, ensuring successful implementation with matrix partners
Drive profitable growth and retention through deep client and producer relationships
Qualifications
Candidate must live in the New England Region
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
A BA/BS degree (preferred)
Relevant licenses in Life/Accident/Disability/Leave (preferred)
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Life/Accident/Disability/Leave
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to use technology and online tools effectively
Customer-focused approach with organizational agility, problem-solving ability, and perseverance
Ability to travel domestically and overnight up to 30%
