What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Proactively identify potential clients and consistently achieve or surpass outreach, meeting, and revenue targets
Cultivate impactful relationships with shopper marketing leads, media agencies, and CPG clients
Create and execute a detailed sales strategy, including lead generation and cold calling
Collaborate with various departments to drive client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Track and negotiate contract renewal terms with a customer-centric approach
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in digital/online media sales
Strong relationships and knowledge within the CPG and shopper marketing industry
Proven track record of meeting sales goals in the CPG or shopper marketing space
Experience in negotiating and closing complex deals
Ability to travel 20% of the time to engage with clients and attend events
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Proficient in creating and presenting PowerPoint presentations
Comfortable managing a book of business with a focus on cold accounts
Impeccable organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset
