Responsibilities

Promote and sell products such as Westlaw and Practical Law through outbound calls to small law firm customers

Manage inbound leads and prospect for new opportunities while applying consultative sales techniques

Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations

Demonstrate online products during pre-sales calls using web-based tools

Log call information and sales activity accurately within the CRM system

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience

Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment

Strong sales process and negotiating skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in CRM systems, with Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred

Preferred Qualifications

College degree in business, sales, or a related field

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation skills

Experience in pipeline management within a CRM environment

Ability to adapt and embrace change effectively

Knowledge of legal services or technology industry
