What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, managing relationships with strategic accounts - Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales quotas and grow complex accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and drive business growth - Provide forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) - Negotiate contracts and ensure legal compliance in sales processes

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or relevant outside sales experience - Minimum of 7 years in outside sales in the data center sector and 2 years managing key accounts - Knowledge of electrical power products within data centers - Ability to travel 50% of the time nationally with a valid driver's license - Strong skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and delivering effective presentations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Knowledge in program/project management - Proven ability to develop solutions that deliver maximum value - Strong skills in resolving quality and delivery concerns in a professional manner
