Research and identify potential school and district partners, initiating outreach through calls, emails, and social media Qualify leads by understanding prospects\' needs and setting up appointments for Account Managers Establish rapport with educators and administrators to promote the value of Scholastic Book Fairs Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward sales goals in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies and stay informed about industry trends Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of three (3) years of successful sales experience in retail, district/territory sales, event management, or customer service Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Sales Automation or CRM software Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with peers and customers Preferred Qualifications
